Savage Shot
I noticed when I land savage shot during a spell animation I still get the bonus damage, but the spell isn't interrupted.
Is this a bug or is that supposed to happen? |

It could be that they have one of the several ways of not being interrupted, such as Mantra of Resolve

I hit the priest in shiverpeak arenas, and this also happens. O.o
And I'm pretty sure the priest doesn't carry mantra of resolve. |

It works, trust me, works fine for me.
It's like when I cast Hexes on enemy Monk bosses in PvE (e.g; Monk boss in Abaddon's Mouth), I use Lightning Surge {E} (Air) and the hex is just immediately removed, no hex removals... I think some AI's are just immune to some things. o_O |

Hexes dont last as long on npc. Its an actual fact...and its even bugged for wastrels worry and doesnt calculate the damage at all.

The duration of hexes on boss npcs (including the guild lord), and warriors wearing lieutenant's helms is cut in half. Hexes like incendiary bonds or lightning surge, which take effect after three seconds drop off without any reaction. However, the damage from Wastrel's worry does go through, in 1.5 seconds instead of 3.
To the OP: If you're actually landing the interrupt, and the enemy has no block stances or mantras up, then he should be interrupted. In the case of the priest the only thing that I can say to you is that your timing is off, and that you're not actually landing the interrupt (if what you said is indeed the case).
